Do expect:

• Results. Talk about shadow work! This process goes deep and gently guides you past your limits. This could be the major life upgrade you’ve been looking for! 
• To get real. You’ll enter the ceremony thinking you know what your fears are – and maybe you truly do! – yet, you may be surprised what lies underneath.
• Meet new people.Your fellow students are as motivated as you are to master the art of surrender and trust the process. There is power in numbers.
• Empirical data. We don’t just keep it theoretical, we offer best practices based in nearly two decades and 23,000 sessions of clinical data.
• Tears. Don’t shoot the messenger! Healing is where love meets pain. The tears are a wonderful sign that you’re crowding the pain out with love. I’m proud of you!
• Freedom. The experience is cathartic, euphoric, dramatic and impactful! By the end of the ceremony most feel light and freeeeeee.

Don’t expect:

• A pleasant journey. In fact, it can be both confronting and parts of the process can be sad. Ideally, you’ll mourn a part of the past that’s been holding you back. And while the truth will set you free, it’ll piss you off or break your heart first.
• Immediate gratification. This process goes deep and it works wonders…. if you allow it to do so. What you do after watching this video matters just as much as what you heal during the video.
• To go deep the first time.In rare cases, it takes a few ceremonies before you experience the depth of the guided journey. If you don’t see, hear, or receive much the first time, give it about a week and then watch again. Repeat as needed.
